This time I came in for tire installation and alignment. I always have excellent service each time I come to Van Dorn Auto. I come every oil change. I’ve been coming for years and I have experience a seamless change in ownership which I love. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and the best part about coming to Van Dorn Auto is they perform the work that needs to be done correctly the first time. Although I miss Carlos he left the business in great hands!

After weeks of issues with my Jeep, I took it in to them. There was no code to clear, so diagnosing it had to happen the old fashioned way. Whatever issue I was having, replicating it was hard. After speaking with me in detail, the guys at Van Dorn came up with a plan. Finally, they managed to get the issue to occur and they immediately diagnosed it. Come to find, in extreme heat, my brakes were essentially locking. The guys fixed it. In the time since the repair, I’ve put hundreds of miles on the Jeep through some very hot days and it’s been smooth as butter. Thank you guys for working so diligently and helping to solve this issue. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a shop an hard working and fair as this one. They have my business for life.
